    We offer workmanship customer satisfaction as follows:

a) Upon receipt of your order ensure that it is complete and accurate, if not refuse the order and have it returned to vendor (no charge) and then contact us at premierfashions1@yahoo.com for an equal exchange.  If you discover an order problem caused by us within the first 5 days after you accept the order contact us at premierfashions1@yahoo.com to exchange the order. 

b) For order mistakes made by the customer (wrong size orders, wrong color orders, etc..) or if the customer simply no longer wants the jewelry the order must be mailed back (shippers expense to the vendor address on the order) within 5 days of customer receipt for an equal exchange.  The customer will pay the mailing expense and any new workmanship costs.  Contact us at premierfashions1@yahoo.com to highlight the problem.
