    We offer workmanship customer satisfaction as follows:

a. Upon reciept of your order ensure that it is complete and accurate, if not refuse the order and have it returned to vendor and then contact us at premierfashions1@Yahoo.com for an equal exchange.  If you discover an order problem caused by us within the first 4 days after you accept the order you can mail the order back to the shipping vendor (at your expense) and we will exchange the jewelry. 

b. For order mistakes made by the customer (wrong size orders, wrong color orders, etc..) or if the customer simply no longer wants the order the jewelry must be mailed back (shippers expense to the vendor address on the order) within 4 days of customer receipt.  The customer will pay the mailing expense and an exchange / return fee to cover new workmanship costs and order commission fees as follows:

(1) A $125 charge for orders that were between $50 - $250 USD, payment options above and on this page.

(2) A $175 charge for orders that were between $251 to $600 USD, payment options above and on this page.

(3)  A $225 charge for orders that were over $601 USD, payment options above and on this page.

NOTE:  exchanges for the wrong size order can be corrected cheaper at a local quality jewelry store vs shipment back to our vendors.
